[Resolved] Error The reference to entity must end with the delimiter blogger

How to fix org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber columnNumber The reference to entity must end with the delimiter.

The problem come from the XML parsing Error

Fixed:

Please check and replace "&" by "&" in the url.
